Terms of Service

1. The service and these terms

Dust combines a personal story game with shared creator rooms. These terms apply to your use of that service. Read them and the Privacy Policy before publishing content or using token-funded features. If you do not agree, do not use those features. Reading this guide or these policies does not make a payment.

Practice and funded play are separate. Test credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for RNNR. Real-token features may be unavailable, restricted to a pilot, or paused. The Wallet panel shows the status applicable to your account.

The Memecoin Arcade directory, other games, wallets and linked services have their own terms. Their rules do not replace Dust’s. Story events, characters, medical scenes and imagined technologies are fiction.

2. Accounts, wallets and eligibility

Use the service only if you are able to agree to these terms and meet the age, location and other legal requirements that apply to you. Do not use token-funded features where you are prohibited from doing so. A successful wallet connection is not verification of legal eligibility.

Keep control of your sign-in account and wallet. Link only a wallet you are authorized to use. A wallet ownership message establishes a link to your game account; a separate transaction approval is required to move tokens. We never need your wallet recovery phrase or private key.

You are responsible for reviewing the amount, network, destination and fees shown before an approval. Do not approve a request that differs from the action you intended. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

3. RNNR and custodial balances

The supported asset is RNNR on Solana mainnet, mint B65EtDpt6KUAVRDECNKhE9FXGNZRToVpdhU8zE7kpumpDust names carried fractional RNNR; it is not a separate token. A market purchase is separate from a game deposit.

When enabled, deposits transfer RNNR to a vault controlled by the operator, and the service records your game balance in its ledger. That balance is a custodial record, not tokens held in your personal wallet or a non-custodial smart-contract escrow. It is not a bank deposit, and we do not represent it as insured.

Use the game’s deposit process. An unsupported direct transfer, a transfer of another asset, or a transfer on another network does not automatically create a game balance. Recovery may be impossible; contact support before sending anything else.

You may request a withdrawal of available balance to the verified wallet selected for that saved request. Funds allocated to an active run, a creator cup, a dropped bag or a pending withdrawal may need to be collected, settled or reconciled first. Your wallet pays the network fee and any token-account creation cost disclosed for the transaction.

Prepared withdrawals reserve their amount. If a response is lost, use the original saved request’s recovery control. A signed request cannot simply be cancelled because it is slow or its network window has expired. When its outcome cannot be established, the reservation remains held for reconciliation. We do not promise instant withdrawals or a fixed resolution time.

Token prices and liquidity can change sharply. Network outages, software defects, security compromise or service failure can delay access or cause loss. Neither gameplay nor ownership of RNNR guarantees profit, appreciation, airdrops, governance rights, price support or a future feature.

4. Game charges and payment records

Review the current price before starting a funded run, buying supplies, tipping or unlocking content. The Dust Book explains the current allocation and prices. Costs are in RNNR, not a fixed dollar amount. Network fees are separate.

A new funded run currently allocates 25 RNNR: 5 carried dust, 15 for your own capped reward allowance, and a 5 RNNR game fee. Encounter and story rewards return value from that allowance; they do not create newly redeemable tokens. Continuing an active run does not buy another entry.

Restarting a funded story returns unused carried dust and remaining personal reward allowance to available balance. It does not reverse completed purchases or the earlier run’s game fee. Starting the next funded run requires a new entry. Practice credits and rewards are never imported into real balances.

Creator tips are voluntary payments. Paid extras charge the displayed price for the current room’s extra. There is no automatic “undo tip” or on-chain reversal. If a charge appears incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized or associated with unavailable content, contact us with the receipt so it can be investigated. Nothing here removes refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law.

Game records distinguish available, committed and pending amounts. A wallet approval or temporary success message is not the same as a finalized transaction. Do not repeat a payment to resolve an uncertain one.

5. Creator rooms, content and offers

You retain your rights in the content you contribute. You give us non-exclusive permission to store, format, reproduce and display it as needed to operate your room and the service, including delivery to visitors and operational backups. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work.

Only publish content, images, media links and offers you have the right to share. Do not publish someone else’s private information, copyrighted work without permission, unlawful material, deceptive claims or malicious links. A link or embed does not give you ownership or permission to resell the underlying work.

Room visibility and discovery settings affect how players find and enter a room. They are not a promise of confidential storage or protection against copying. Do not use room uploads for passwords, secrets or material whose security depends on a paid gate.

You can edit, unpublish, archive or restore your own rooms through My Rooms. The current delete action is an archive: it preserves content, ownership, receipts and earnings for recovery. Uploaded assets, copies already obtained by visitors, transaction records and backups may remain. Contact us for a deletion request; see retention and deletion.

Publishing a new room currently costs 0.01 RNNR in the selected mode; editing is free. Creators receive 90% of eligible tips and paid unlocks. The remaining 10% goes to the creator’s recorded referrer or, if there is none, the platform. This share is taken from the visitor’s payment. An invitation does not guarantee publication, traffic, a sale or a fixed signup reward.

Creators must accurately describe paid content and any coupon or external service, including price, restrictions and who fulfills it. Claiming a coupon in Dust records delivery of its code, not redemption by a business. Creators control their offers; linked sellers’ terms govern purchases made on their websites. Report misleading, broken or unfulfilled offers to us with the room link and receipt.

6. Conduct, moderation and reports

Do not steal accounts or content, attempt unauthorized access, exploit payment or balance errors, impersonate another person, harass others, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Do not use automation to manipulate gameplay rewards, referrals or transactions, or generate spam rooms.

We may restrict new activity or hide content when needed to address abuse, security incidents or a legal obligation. A report alone is not proof of wrongdoing. Restrictions do not automatically erase a legitimate balance; account access and any pending funds must be considered separately when resolving an issue.

To report content, infringement, an unsafe link or an account problem, email hi@rnnr.fun. Include the room or transaction link, a concise explanation, and how to contact you. If a decision appears mistaken, ask for review using the same address.

7. Availability and changes

Dust is an evolving game. Rooms, links, pricing for future actions and features may change. Content may become unavailable, and a roadmap is not a promised delivery date. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular number of visitors, or the quality or availability of third-party content.

We may pause new deposits or paid activity when the service cannot safely process them. Withdrawal and recovery tools are intended to remain available for existing balances where technically and legally possible; a pause does not guarantee immediate settlement.

We will date and version changes to these terms. Review the current terms and price before future paid activity. Existing finalized transactions are not retroactively repriced. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Questions and disputes

Contact hi@rnnr.fun so we can investigate a problem. Include the relevant room, saved transfer ID or public transaction link, and approximate time. Never send credentials or wallet secrets.

These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a special court venue. Rights and remedies available under applicable law remain available.
